Instagram 12+

Hi, my suggestion for the CLOSE FRIENDS features on the Stories. There are many instances when we want to share our stories with only selected people, which are highlighted as close friends in the stories. This clearly means that those “CLOSE FRIENDS” clearly know that we’re sharing our story with selected people and hiding our posts from few, which sometimes creates awkwardness as well as doubtfulness (though, they might also feel privileged sometimes :p) amongst some of the followers. My suggestion to Instagram would be to remove/hide that CLOSE FRIENDS label from the story and still let the user choose selected people, without being the close friends label being visible to viewers. Or you might give an option to the user to put CLOSE FRIENDS label only if they want to. I hope I’m able to clear my perspective.

These is 4th time happen in last few days and your team didn’t support.I’m a very regular and a very fond user of Instagram. I never really had any complaints but from yesterday my Instagram account faces problem regarding action block and I didn’t logged off but your app msg shows that I logged off when I logged in through the app but it said that the account has been compromised as I have shared my account details with a third party which was not the case by the way . I was asked to change my password and I change it then my all action was blocked like I can’t like any picture of my followers and unable to send requests, accept the request and comment it has been block for 7 days . This is very frustrating I reported so many times but didn’t get any solution and I mailed also but didn’t get reply . I have never violations any community guidelines of social media playform. I’m not involved in third party app . I request you to review my account again and recify this issue as soon as possible. It happens two times I reported so many time but didn’t get any solution from your team. If this happens more than you will be loosing your users soon.

I hate how you guys have still not come up with a solution to reels drafts vanishing or getting deleted on their own. It’s sad how such a great app can’t solve these issues even when you message them regarding help or as a general feedback. I had 100 reel drafts i made with so much effort. They all vanished and never came back. It’s the fifth time this has happened with me. I’m so annoyed. None of you guys even tried to resolve these issues. I’m just losing hope in insta after so many years of loving it :/

Also have been super let down since it got connected to facebook. Now everything on your app is bought.. be it views likes or comments. Nothing is genuine anymore. You guys have blocked people from writing their views so clearly there’s no freedom of speech, you guys have started removing videos from the past because it goes against your community guidelines of music which wasn’t the case earlier just because now you guys want us to use music from “reels” also i hate the app because since you guys got linked with facebook it’s gone down terribly. I was quite regular with ig but i hardly use it now because of this. Bye bye Instagram! I hope some new app replaces you that actually supports its users and respects their talent without asking for money.
